Descendants of Peter WYKE and Hulda LADD

Peter WYKE was born about 1658, probably in England, he died before
1704 probably in Prince George County, Virginia. Peter married Huldah
LADD, daughter of John LADD and Mary [-?-]. She was born about 1660
probably in Lower Norfolk or Charles City County, Virginia. She probably
married before her father's death in 1679.
She is not mentioned in his will.
On 20 Nov 1683 Peter Wyke
and John Lanier were granted 1482 acres in Charles City County (later
Prince George County) on the headwaters of Powell's Creek.[1]

1695, 5 Aug. Charles City
County, Suit of Richard, late Sheriff of Henrico, agst. Peter Wyke for
Non appearance, is dismissed, Barth Fowler attorney for Richard Cock,
Ben Harrison Atty for deft.
Peter attended the wedding of Samuel Jordan of Nansemond
County and Elizabeth Fleming of New Kent County, Virginia on 10 10th mo
(Dec) 1703 at Henrico Monthly MM in Virginia along with Nathan Newley
(Newby)[3].
Huldy Wick appears on the
Virginia Quit Rent Rolls in 1704 with 600 acres.[4]
Peter and Huldah Wyke had the following children:

was born about 1680 probably in Prince George County, Virginia[5].
Margaret
married Robert HUNNICUTT about 1700. Robert was born about 1678.
